Why hasn’t my balance been updated following a bank transfer?
Unfortunately, a bank transfer does not update your balance automatically and you will need to wait until the funds are cleared into your account. By sending a transfer from a domiciled bank inside SEPA to your Wittix account, the transfer can take from 3-4 hours up to one business day. By sending SWIFT payments from a non-domiciled bank with other currencies than EUR, it can take up to 3-5 business days.
