Why has my recipient not received the funds?

First, please double check the details you supplied and the estimated arrival of your transfer. Euro transfer using the SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) network should take 3 hours up to one business day. If the recipient bank is outside EU/EEA, transfers can take up to 3-5 business days to reach their bank account. In the case that you inserted incorrect details or the recipient didn’t receive the transfer by the above timeframes you can contact our support team so we can help you.
