How do I cancel my outgoing transfer?
In the case that you want to cancel an outgoing transfer for any reason, you can use the “Cancel” button in the details transfer page. Our systems complete payments automatically by the clearing time of the banking networks, therefore there is often some window of opportunity to cancel outgoing transfers. In the case that your transfer has already been completed, unfortunately there is no guarantee that we will be able to revert the transfer to you.
