How to Open a Business Account with Wittix
To get started, please follow these simple steps:
Complete the Online Application Form.
Fill in the business application form

Upload the Required Documents
- Proof of Operational (Office) Address (not older than 3 months): this can include office/co-working space lease agreements, ownership documents, register extracts, utility bills (Mobile Phone or Mobile Internet Bill is not sufficient), bank reference letters, or bank statements
- Office or co-working space lease agreement
- National company registry extract showing the operating address
- Utility bill (electricity, water, landline phone)
- Bank statement or bank reference letter
- License / Authorization (if applicable): upload the document or share the URL if your business activity requires specific authorization
Complete the Live Verification Process
Use one of the following documents for the identification: passport, ID card, residence permit issued by the Republic of Lithuania, or a driving license issued by one of the
- Passport
- EU/EEA national ID card
- EU/EEA driver's licence*
- Residence permit issued in Lithuania
* If a driver's licence is used for live verification, a copy of the passport or EU/EEA national ID card will still be required at a later stage of the onboarding process.
The verification must be completed by the document holder in a well-lit environment. Copies or screenshots are not accepted.
During onboarding, we may request additional information if needed. Don't worry, our specialists are here to assist you every step of the way!
Depending on your company structure, country of registration, or business activity, the Wittix onboarding team may request for additional documents, for example:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Memorandum and articles of association
- Client or supplier documents (such as invoices or contracts)
- Bank statement related to the first incoming transfer
Account review and approval
Most applications are reviewed within 1–3 business days, provided all required information is submitted.
Every application is reviewed by our onboarding team, and pricing is tailored to your company’s activity and risk profile.
You will receive the full pricing details once your account is approved - no surprises, no hidden costs.
The application processing fee is charged only if the account is approved.
