Wittix systems are working automatically but involve humans in case something does not meet our internal procedures. Therefore, to avoid any delays with your incoming or outgoing transfers, we recommend providing documents supporting the nature of your transaction.
In the instance that you do receive an email regarding an incoming transaction, or you identify a new transaction in your dashboard that might require documents, you can always upload them yourself by clicking on the "Three Dots" menu in the transaction row and then clicking "Add Documents".
